RANT N CONSULT LLC TERMS OF SERVICE AND CLIENT AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

WHO WE ARE Rant N Consult LLC (DBA: Rant N Consult) is a conversational support company based out of Wisconsin. We provide paid phone, text, email, and chat sessions that allow individuals to freely talk, vent, or discuss whatever’s on their mind.

WE ARE NOT licensed counselors, therapists, doctors, or legal professionals. We do not provide any professional diagnosis, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial consulting.

If you are in an emergency or feel unsafe, please immediately call 911 or a licensed crisis service.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

By using our services, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old.
Use our services responsibly and respectfully.
Understand that all sessions are informal, opinion-based, and for conversational purposes only.
Not expect or interpret anything we say as official advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional service.

RECORDING & PRIVACY

We do not record calls, emails, chats, or sessions.
We do not store sensitive conversation content beyond what is required for quality assurance or technical support.
Your information will never be sold or misused.
However, if you mention intent to harm yourself, someone else, or commit a crime, we may contact authorities or proper entities.

ILLEGAL CONTENT & BEHAVIOR

You may NOT use our services to promote or engage in any illegal activity.
We will report threats, abuse, or criminal confessions if deemed necessary.
Harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit content toward agents or through any of our platforms will result in immediate termination of service.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

We are not available 24/7 and cannot guarantee a response or availability at all times.
Email/chat sessions may take up to 48 hours for a reply.
Text/call sessions are subject to agent availability.

THIRD-PARTY AGENTS

Any person hired or authorized by Rant N Consult LLC to provide services is bound by this same agreement and expected to follow the same code of conduct and confidentiality policies.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All sessions must be paid in advance.
No refunds will be issued after a session has begun.
If a session is missed due to our fault, you may request a full credit for a future session.

ABUSE OF SERVICES

Any misuse or repeated abuse of our services, including spamming, trolling, threats, or disrespectful behavior, will result in a permanent ban.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
